Privacy policy
The game organizer, Анна Соколова · Travel Club, processes participants' personal data: name, email, Telegram, city and the booking details from the screenshot.
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is the game organizer, Анна Соколова · Travel Club, who decides why and how the data is processed. Travel Hunt does the technical work on the organizer's behalf and does not use the data for its own purposes.
2. What data we receive
From the entry form: name and email (required), Telegram and city (optional), booking details — hotel, dates, number of guests, website, price and currency — and the screenshot if you attach one. Technically: your IP address, to limit the number of entries from one address. We don't collect payment or passport details.
3. Why we need it
To check your entry, compare the price with the Travel Advantage club price, pick the winner of the week and let you know that we've received your entry, the result of the check and the weekly results. No advertising, profiling or mailing lists.
4. How long we keep it
Screenshots are deleted automatically 90 days after the entry is submitted. Entries and contact details are kept while the organizer runs the game and are deleted at your request or 90 days after the game closes; backups are kept for up to 30 more days. The public list of winners keeps only a shortened name (e.g. “Maria P.”), the hotel and the saving calculation.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the providers the service can't work without: the hosting provider, the email service, Telegram (notifications to the organizer) and Anthropic's image recognition service, which receives the screenshot to read the hotel, dates and price. The organizer always makes the decision, and under Anthropic's terms API data is not used to train models. Some providers are located outside your country, including in the USA. By submitting an entry you agree to this transfer.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent — your entry is then withdrawn from the game. Write to the organizer or to the service support.
7. Cookies
The site sets one technical cookie that remembers your chosen language for 30 days. There is no analytics and no advertising trackers.
